I have over twenty years experience as a bodyworker and have worked all over the world, including both coasts of the United States, in Switzerland, and in the Caribbean where I recently taught Thai-Yoga style massage to local professional massage practitioners. In 2015, I also instructed undergraduate students from California State University in San Francisco.
My education background is in biology, anatomy & physiology, and pre-medicine. I also have a degree in teaching with experience at the middle and high school levels.
My own Yoga practice draws on all of these unique experiences!
And of course, it includes meditation and yoga asana practice. A recent teacher training has deepened many years of exploring and learning from yoga. I am excited to share yoga as meditation and meditation as yoga!

I encourage students with a practice of loving acceptance, humility, gratitude, and a bit of humor to find stillness, to know stillness, and to practice becoming it.
